An organisation declaring to represent 120 Indian Malaysian NGOs required the federal government to execute ministry-level techniques to empower and boost the neighborhood.
The methods should be long-lasting, covering a minimum of 10 to 15 years, and include a big spending plan of a minimum of RM10 to 15 billion, stated the Malaysian Tamil Awakening and Consciousness Association throughout an interview this afternoon.
