The Kuala Lumpur High Court today dismissed Rumah Bonda’s application to challenge the Federal Territory Social Welfare Department’s action in sealing its facilities.
Judge Ahmad Kamal Md Shahid dismissed the application after discovering that the choice by the very first participant (Federal Territory department director) to seal the properties was properly made under the Care Centres Act 1993.
