For the very first time, Billboard is broadening its peer-voted Power PlayersOption Award to cover music’s leading legal representatives, asking market members from all sectors to honor the lawyer they think had one of the most effect throughout business in the previous year.

The preliminary of choosing theLeading Music Lawyers Power Players’ Choice Award is now open with an open require candidates that will go through Feb. 19.
The Top Music Lawyers Power Players’ Choice Award will run along with Signboard‘s yearly Top Music Lawyers ranking of the market’s most prominent lawyers, which will be revealed in March.
Signboard released its Power Players Choice awards in 2023 with the Gamers’ Choice Award, the Nation Power Players’ Choice Award, the R&B/ Hip-Hop Power Players’ Choice Award and the Latin Power Players’ Choice AwardPreviously this month, the peer-voted award honored Universal Music Group chairman/CEO Jody Gerson with the 2024 Power Players’ Choice AwardThis year, the award broadens to likewise cover Top Music Lawyers and International Power Players.
The 2nd round of ballot will start Feb. 20, in order to limit the leading 15 candidates into the last 5 magnates and will go through March. 3.
The 3rd round of ballot will start March. 4, to pick the winner from that list. Ballot concludes March 17 at 11:59 p.m. EST.
