Oil Tanks
United States petroleum stocks advanced recently versus expert projections, as exports plunged and refining activity slowed.
Information launched by the Energy Information Administration (EIA) revealed that petroleum stocks included 7.3 million barrels in the week ended April 26, versus expectations by a Wall Street Journal study that showed a drop of 1.5 million barrels.
Gas stocks, likewise, got 300,000 barrels, contrary to forecasts for a 1.2-million-barrel decrease.
Extract stocks, which consist of diesel and heating oil, shed almost 700,000 barrels, versus expectations for a 400,000-barrel walking.
