A recently formed home holding group (Travelodge PropCo Group) finished the acquisition of 66 Travelodge-branded hotels on a freehold and long leasehold basis from Travelodge’s biggest proprietor, LXi REIT plc, for a purchase cost of ₤ 210 million.
Travelodge PropCo Group is held individually, however along with Travelodge OpCo Group, by a recently formed direct moms and dad of Thame and London Limited (T&L Holdco Limited).
