Tim Hortons’ new pizza doesn’t totally suck

Using ourselves as homage, a couple of members of the MobileSyrup group fearlessly attempted Tim Hortons’ brand-new pizzaand to our surprise, it wasn’t as dreadful as we anticipated.

It’s truly not that bad at all.

Before you ask: no, it’s not a sluggish news day and yes, we are a mobile tech site composing a mini-review of a junk food chain’s rather gross-looking brand-new pizza.

Continue reading for our impressions of Tim Hortons’ brand-new pepperoni pizza.

It’s like Air Canada’s in-flight pizza

We have an odd history of discussing odd junk food at MobileSyrupWhy, you might ask? Well, they’re frequently the most-read stories on our site. If I’ve left any tradition throughout my nearly ten years at the publication, I hope I’m remembered for unusual material like this.

We’re a distinct publication you simply can’t suit a box.

Onto my mini-review of Tim Hortons’ not-entirely revolting pizza. In other words, it’s great, although a bit too oily for my taste. The closest contrast I can draw is Air Canada’s in-flight pizza. I would not be amazed to find out that there’s some level of crossover with the active ingredients and the method it’s prepared.

Take a look at that sizzling grease

Eventually, would I head out of my method to purchase Tim Hortons’ pizza once again? Most likely not, however if it’s one of the only food choices readily available to me and I’m in a jam, it’s not that bad.

Like whatever Tims offers, the pizza is strongly average

Tim Hortons’ brand-new pizza can definitely be thought about pizza. It has all the ideal parts– dough, tomato sauce, cheese, pepperoni. (We attempted the pepperoni, however there are other flavours, too). The sauce requires some more flavoring. The pizza was type of like the frozen thin-crust pizzas you can get at a supermarket and bake in your oven.

“Overall, I simply question why you ‘d ever purchase it,” Brad Shankar.

That is to state, it tastes like pizza and fills your stubborn belly however isn’t precisely a leading experience. Thinking about the lots of exceptional pizza choices readily available to Canadians, I’m uncertain why you ‘d select Tims’ over anything else. Hey, it’s not the worst thing I’ve consumed, and it’s much better than absolutely nothing.

It didn’t make me feel ill, so I seem like a winner

Like everybody else in Canada, I had low expectations for Tim Hortons’ pizza, however to my surprise, it’s … okay? I echo what Jon and Pat stated because it’s essentially like a lower-tier airline company or frozen pizza offering. Truly, it’s simply a standard flatbread-tomato-sauce-cheese-pepperoni combo– that’s it. The sauce was a bit sweeter than I choose and the crust was, well, kinda flat, however the cheese and pepperoni were functional.

It’s actually not that bad.

In general, I simply question why you ‘d ever purchase it. Even if you needed to opt for having lunch at Tims (and I in fact do not mind their food, generally), I ‘d rather simply put that cash towards a sandwich and get a piece of pie from a correct pizza joint in the future.
