The Supreme Court, on Tuesday scheduled judgment in the appeal submitted by the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP versus the appeal court judgment restoring the Nasarawa State Governor, Abdullahi Sule.
The five-member panel led by Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun adjourned the matter for judgment after listening to the counsel’s arguments on the appeal.
Kekere-Ekun kept in mind that celebrations would be informed when judgment is all set.
