Steve Burton Exits ‘Days of Our Lives’ After a Year | Video

Steve Burton is as soon as again leaving Salem. The star revealed on Thursday that he’s leaving “Days of Our Lives” simply over a year after he revealed his go back to the long-running soap.

Burton initially signed up with “Days” in 1988, playing the character Harris Michaels. He repeated Michaels in 2022 on the Peacock spinoff, “Days of our Lives: Beyond Salem,” before going back to the flagship program in 2023.

In between his initial look on “Days” in the 80s and his efficiency on “Beyond Salem,” Burton invested 3 years playing Jason Morgan, a fan-favorite character on “General Hospital.” He was fired in 2021 after declining to adhere to the program’s COVID vaccine required.
