Saudi Advanced Industries Co. (SAIC) and its subsidiary received cash dividends from Obeikan Glass Co., an associate company, for H2 2023.
In a statement to Tadawul, SAIC said that the total dividend distribution of Obeikan Glass is SAR 64 million, or SAR 2 per share. Of this, SAIC and its subsidiary received SAR 23.57 million, in accordance to their stake in the glass manufacturer.
SAIC and its subsidiary own 36.83% of Obeikan Glass, the statement added.
