Avant Homes wishes to construct an estate of 314 homes in Elland, which is in between Huddersfield and Halifax.
Called Coppice Quarter and situated off Exley Lane, the proposed 27-acre advancement will consist of a mix of 2-, 3-, 4- and five-bedroom homes.
If Calderdale Council authorizes, work at the advancement is anticipated to begin in December 2024, with the very first citizens moving into their brand-new homes in July 2025.
