Pan-Fried Fennel, Potatoes & & Pine Nuts

I can’t ever get enough potatoes in my life. I’m addicted and the fennel and pine nuts in this dish take them to another level.



Components

  • 500g potatoes, peeled & & cut into approximately 5cm x 3cm pieces
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt & & pepper
  • 5 cloves garlic, approximately sliced
  • 2 fennel bulbs, outside layer got rid of & & sliced
  • 5 cloves garlic, approximately sliced
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts

Technique

  • Heat a big fry pan over medium-low heat. Include olive oil, potatoes, salt and pepper and sauté for 10 minutes.
  • Include fennel and garlic and sauté for a more 10 minutes.
  • Location pine nuts in a little frying pan and toast till they darken.
  • Stack whatever up on a plate and garnish with fennel leaves.
