Pan-Fried Fennel, Potatoes & & Pine Nuts

I can’t ever get enough potatoes in my life. I’m addicted and the fennel and pine nuts in this dish take them to another level.
Components
- 500g potatoes, peeled & & cut into approximately 5cm x 3cm pieces
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt & & pepper
- 5 cloves garlic, approximately sliced
- 2 fennel bulbs, outside layer got rid of & & sliced
- 5 cloves garlic, approximately sliced
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
Technique
- Heat a big fry pan over medium-low heat. Include olive oil, potatoes, salt and pepper and sauté for 10 minutes.
- Include fennel and garlic and sauté for a more 10 minutes.
- Location pine nuts in a little frying pan and toast till they darken.
- Stack whatever up on a plate and garnish with fennel leaves.
