The DA says it has a plan to lift the service delivery-starved eThekwini metro out of the ruins, and it wants to do so by starting to address the water crisis that has plagued the area.
DA leader John Steenhuisen visited the metro on Saturday to lead a picket outside the town hall as the DA stepped up efforts to dissolve the eThekwini Metro council.
The party said the province’s only metro has collapsed.
