Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons ground sumac
- 1 teaspoon adobo seasoning
- 6 to 8 pounds fully cooked smoked bone-in ham
- 1 cup chutney (Preferably Major Grey’s)
- 1/2 large sweet onion
- 1 can (12 ounces) ginger ale
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, sumac and adobo salt; rub over ham. Spread chutney over top; transfer to a 7-qt. slow cooker. Add sliced onions and ginger ale; cover and cook on low until a thermometer reads 140°, 6-8 hours.
