Grammys On The Hill Advocacy Day sees a group consisting of Mark Ronson, Sheryl Crow, Patti Austin, Lauren Daigle, and other market leaders going to the White House to speak about AI securities, ticketing reform, and far more.

Grammy winners and candidates, together with music market leaders throughout the nation, kicked May off with a bang as they went to the White House for Music’s Biggest Week in Washington. There, they talked with leading Biden administration authorities on concerns like AI securities, ticketing reform, and other concerns dealing with music developers today.

Ahead of the White House see, members of the music neighborhood consulted with members of Congress, consisting of Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY), Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-TN), House Majority Leader Steve Scalise (R-LA), House Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY), House Democratic Caucus Chair Pete Aguilar (D-CA), and House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Michael McCaul (R-TX). The objective in these conferences was to advance crucial problems for which the Recording Academy and its members continue to promote.

At both the White House and on Capitol Hill, discussions focused around securing the image, similarity, and voice of specific developers from AI fabricates through legal steps like the No AI FRAUD Act and the No FAKES Act, and reforming the live occasion ticket market with legislation like the Fans First Act and the TICKET Act

Artists in participation for Grammys On The Hill Advocacy Day consisted of award winners and candidates like Patti Austin, Lauren Daigle, Kenyon Dixon, Sara Gazarek, J. Ivy, Rapsody, Mark Ronson, and Leon Thomas III. Recording Academy management present consisted of CEO Harvey Mason Jr., President Panos A. Panay, Chief Advocacy & & Public Policy Officer Todd Dupler, and Chair of the Board of Trustees Tammy Hurt.

The Grammys On The Hill effort began this year with the Grammys On The Hill Awardsthat included nine-time Grammy winner Sheryl Crow, and Senators John Cornyn (R-TX) and Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) for their contributions to support music developers. Hosted by vocalist and starlet Candiace Dillard Bassett, the night included efficiencies by Crow and Daigle, together with electro-acoustic duo ARKAI, Dwan Hill, and The War and Treaty.

Music’s Biggest Week in Washington concludes with the inaugural Grammys On The Hill Future Forum, kept in collaboration with the Human Artistry Campaignon Friday, May 3. The Future Forum will check out the effect of expert system on the music market through panel conversations with market leaders.
