(UPDATE) PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has actually provided an executive order (EO) producing an unique committee for the nation’s LGBTQIA+ neighborhood, Malacañang revealed Saturday.
Signed on December 22, EO 51 enhances the federal government’s Diversity and Inclusion Program (DIP); reconstitutes the Inter-Agency Committee on Diversity and Inclusion; and produces the Special Committee on Lesbian Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex and Asexual (LGBTQIA+) Affairs.
