A 48-year-old guy provided to the physician with problems of elbow discomfort that established on his best arm after weightlifting previously that day. He was carrying out a biceps-strengthening workout with a weighted barbell when he felt and heard a popping noise and knowledgeable discomfort around his best elbow. On evaluation, scattered ecchymoses at the median arm and a reverse “Popeye” defect of the arm were observed. X-ray evaluation dismissed fractures and avulsions. A favorable hook test showed a total tear, and there was weak point with elbow flexion and supination. The client rejected anabolic steroid usage. The client was healthy and had no appropriate case history. Can you identify this client?
