Jamaica Cricket Association president and Cricket West Indies board director Wilford Billy Paradise is requiring an evaluation of the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) design, after it was exposed late in 2015 that the Caribbean’s biggest playing cricket population will not have a franchise.

Paradise, while being dissatisfied that there will be no Tallawahs for the upcoming season, there is another twist to the matter.

That offer was signed at the back end of previous CWI president Julian Hunte’s period where the local body was anticipated to get USD $4.9 million from the CPL owners.

For Heaven, something is incorrect with the CPL design in relations to the advancement of cricket.
