The Traitors star Ross Carson has become one of the most composed contestants on the show with his easygoing nature and openness, despite having to subtly say goodbye to his team player and mum Diane.
During Wednesday night’s eerie episode (17 January) viewers were left “heartbroken” as Diane left the show after drinking from the ‘poisoned chalice’ that was handed over to her by Traitor Miles during a secret mission.
It not only saw the end of the road for Diane, who became a fan favourite on the show, but her departure also meant Ross had to subtly say goodbye to his mum, after keeping their relationship a secret.
Ross has proven to be a team player throughout challenges and has kept his wits about him as he attempts to track down the Traitors while confirming he’s a Faithful to his fellow co-stars.
But things are about to take a turn in the castle as Paul and Harry are set to recruit a new Traitor, could Ross be in line for the role?
As we eagerly wait for the next twist to be unveiled, let’s take a closer look at Ross’s life away from the hit BBC show…
