It is with excellent unhappiness that the household of Clifford Hicks reveals his death on February 25, 2024. Clifford was born upon November 10, 1951, to Irma and Harold Hicks in Atikokan. His early years and education were invested in Atikokan, southern Ontario (Parkhill) and Sault Ste. Marie. Clifford participated in the Radio College of Canada in Toronto and upon conclusion was worked with by National Cash Register Co. for their Timmins workplace. While in Timmins, he captured the “prospector” bug and ended up being a registered prospector. Cliff relocated to Sault Ste. Marie to continue to deal with N.C.R. up until the co. left Canada. Prospecting then became his full-time work handling mining co.’s and fellow prospectors.
