Silverthorne Lane Plot 6 in Bristol will make up 706 trainee spaces, consisting of cluster bed rooms and studio spaces.
The advancement will form part of the regrowth of land off Silverthorne Lane in Bristol’s Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone (TQEZ), where ₤ 375m is being invested into property, trainee lodging and industrial advancements, in addition to a brand-new thorough school.
The Studio Hive trainee lodging plan is divided over 4 blocks varying from 5 to 15 floors high, with blocks being adjoined in sets. A landscaped external yard at the centre of the structures will offer a meeting point for trainees, along with sports and video games centers and quieter locations for relaxation.
Studio Hive is operating in collaboration with Far East Orchard, Woh Hup and Atlas Land, which got the website in June 2022 as part of the larger Silverthorne Lane masterplan. The plan is anticipated to finish in 2026.
HG Construction will be doing the stacking itself and making premade energy cabinets to speed things along.
