Greater Boston Plumbing Contractors Association Donates $35,000 to Area Nonprofits

BOSTON, MA– The Greater Boston Plumbing Contractors Association, a trade company that represents more than 65 of the biggest Union pipes business in the area, has actually contributed $35,000 to location charities as part of its yearly vacation providing program.

Greater Boston PCA authorities provided 3 look for $5,000 each just recently to the West End House in Boston, which supplies education and enrichment services for city youth; Christmas in the City, which hosts a vacation celebration and supplies assistance to homeless households and kids in Boston; and the Salvation Army’s Kroc Center, a leisure center for Boston’s youth in Roxbury. Getting $5,000 checks were Community Servings, a not-for-profit in Jamaica Plain that supplies healthy meals for households having a hard time with food insecurity; Rosie’s Place, which supplies real estate and assistance for homeless females and domestic violence victims in Boston; Father Bill’s, which runs homeless shelters in Quincy and Brockton; and the Boston Healthcare for the Homeless Program.

Checks were officially provided to West End House, Christmas in the City and the Kroc Center at Greater Boston PCA’s yearly vacation event at the Boston Athenaeum on December 14.
