Arranged by the Civil Society Legislative Advocacy Centre (CISLAC)/ IT-Nigeria with assistance from Open Society Foundation Africa (OSF-Africa), the discussion is focused on reinforcing regional involvement and broaden community-based early caution and early reaction network and system.
The professionals observed that Community Early Warning and Early Response system supplies assistance to existing companies and people by advancing peace, developing capability of neighborhood members to reduce stress, avoiding violence before it begins and reducing the impact of dispute on civilians.
