Pratapgarh (UP): Emphasising Dalit rights, Congress leader Supriya Shrinate on February 19 extended her assistance for the caste census. Talking to ANI, she stated, “We discuss the numbers so that the 70-75 pc population including backwards classes, Dalits get their rights. They will not get their rights till the caste census is done.”
