Arabian Centres Co. (Cenomi Centersreported a substantial rise in tenancy rates and visitor numbers in 2023, with 124 million visitors to its 22 shopping centers in 10 significant Saudi cities.
This represents a 19% year-on-year (YoY) increase in step, exceeding the pre-Covid level of 114 million attained in 2019, the business stated in a declaration.
Cenomi Centers’ tenancy rates climbed up from 90.3% on Sept. 30, 2023, to 92.9% by the end of the year.
