The Department of the Interior today released a pilot program to enhance city governments’ wildfire action by transforming automobiles to wildland fire truck. This program – moneyed with a preliminary $5 million financial investment from President Biden’s Bipartisan Infrastructure Law – will assist little, remote emergency situation reaction firms rapidly broaden their wildfire action capability as they continue to deal with the destructive effects of environment modification, dry spell, and magnifying wildfires.

The Bipartisan Infrastructure Law licensed $50 million for the pilot program, and $5 million is offered throughout this preliminary.
