Berry Chia Pudding

This is among my preferred things to meal preparation at the start of the week for a fast and healthy breakfast or treat (or perhaps dessert!) While chia can appear pricey, a little goes a long method and it can exercise to just 25 cents per serve! There are very few other foods that can take on that for the dietary punch it loads as it’s an excellent source of fiber, protein and omega-3s.



Active ingredients

  • 500mL plant milk
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence or extract
  • 1/2 cup berries, plus a couple of additional to garnish
  • 1/2 -1 cup coconut yoghurt

Technique

  • Put the milk into a medium-sized mixing bowl and gradually blend in the chia seeds and vanilla. Keep blending till they are completely blended to guarantee there are no clumps of chia. Enable to rest for 15 minutes or two for the chia to soak up the liquid and broaden, blending sometimes.
  • Stir in the majority of the berries, conserving a couple of to put on the top.
