Motivated Villages is preparing a ₤ 31m growth at its Millfield Green retirement town in Caddington, constructing an extra 111 houses and homes.

This will bring the overall variety of homes in the town to 197.

The very first stage of the advancement, developed by professional Willmott Dixon, saw the preliminary building of 86 homes together with a town centre with common and ‘clubhouse’ centers.
