Read in between the lines guys! All the venting by these young military officers are aimed at the corrupt civilian leadership…it has little or nothing to do with the arrest of their colleague but more to do with their frustration for them risking their lives for this Country and they are paid peanuts!! Watch out…there might be a mutiny soon…so the FG has to thread very lightly because these officers making such brazen statements could be speaking the minds of the rank and file!! Note he said “if you want to do your dirty work you call soldier’s”…this statement might just be attributed to the EndSars massacre when the Governor denied he sent the Army…but was refuted by the Military!!!

Soldiers in Nigeria thinks they are special? If you break the law, you get treated as a normal citizen, we are all equal before the law. Instead of you to go fight real crime, you are here spilling nonsense with your ugly mouth, trying to sound like you make sense. No matter who you are, if you break the law, you get treated like everyone else. It’s only in Nigeria some people feel like they are too special to obey the law.

When the white man said that empty barrels make the most noise, he wasn’t lying. On a good day, take off their uniforms and they can’t even stand with you shoulder to shoulder. They are all hiding behind their uniforms like the cowards that they are. These same people will mercilessly beat up a civilian for next to nothing. Worthless pieces of shit! You will never see soldiers do this in civilized countries. They don’t even go near civilians. Nigerian soldiers and agbero are no different. They take joy in the temporary power that they have when they are in groups, using it to hide their severe insecurities. Face them one on one and see the cowards that they are. Bloody fools!

Last when I checked, enrolment into the Nigerian Army was voluntary. If you’re frustrated with the job, salary or whatever, resign honourable. Stop venting your frustration online. Abi no be your mate dey topple government for other countries? You’re just a coward

Mothrfucking soldiers that are disrespectful and not DUTIFUL. We call on Presdieht tinubu to arrest the situation immediately. These solderis must be court marchalled.

I hope that the Yorubas are seeing the evils of bastard Igbos. There was a video yesterday that when viral that fulanis where claiming Lagos to take the slot of Yorubas in the army, and they could not speak one word of Yoruba. Did you see your Linda Igbo bastard carry that news? You know why? Bcos all her people are doing the damm same thing to the Yorubas. God almighty will punish papa adebanjo , punish Peter obi, punish CHINEDU. Fuck that. We stand with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. This war is real. Yoruba and Igbo are not ONE. Igbos are hypocritical bastards. I rest for now.

Why not tell army to arrest their staff plying one way.
They have military police which I believe is the department of army to arrest and discipline them.
You don’t out of power drunkenness do their jobs which you can’t do well definitely

The fool thinks that bcos he has spoken Yoruba language he will be exempt. Hahahahaah. Your troubles has just started. That is why the civilians must always supervise the army like all developed countries. A soldier can ever ever talk to a civilian rudely. He will face serious disciplinary action. President tinubu and general Lagbaja where are you

It’s absolutely outrageous how these Nigerian soldiers believe they’re untouchable and better than fellow Nigerian citizens.
Being a soldier does not grant anyone immunity from the law!
Every soldier is bound by the same laws that apply to ordinary Nigeran citizens. The recent incident involving the arrested soldier and others who are shamelessly supporting such lawlessness is disgraceful.
I strongly urge that immediate action be taken by the Nigerian Army high command, and these soldiers, including the one in custody, be dismissed from the Nigerian Army.
Serving in the military is not an entitlement but a privilege, and it should be treated with the utmost humility, respect, and honesty. It is outrageous that some individuals within the armed forces think otherwise.
It is high time such arrogance is dealt with severely, and those responsible for tarnishing the image of the Nigerian Army face the consequences of their actions.

If the arrested soldier had not broken the law, Sanwo wouldn’t have had him arrested; it was the context with which he identified that he was a soldier that may have incensed Sanwo. However, nobody is above the law, in saner countries police arrests soldiers.

Pure emotions from a service member. Sanwo Olu is a thief like every other politician. I blame the politicians for the lawlessness and poverty most Nigerians deal with. If Nigeria was a prosperous country people will have a higher sense of self worth. Now he’s won his second term he’s misbehaving. Im sure he’ll still try to have as much control after this his term

He who gathers ants infested firewoods invites lizards to a feast!
Had Governor Sanwo-Olu stopped and cautioned the soldier would these insults on his person have been? Wouldn’t his social rating and admiration spike? What would he have lost? Now see insults and I’m sure more are coming!

I believe some of these soldiers are simply looking for a quicker route to exit the job as against deserting and warrants issued for their arrest. They’re obviously frustrated in the war front.

That is the history of the military Fulani in Nigeria, that came to conquer niheria and use southern or middle belt soldiers agaisnt their own people like OBASANJO and danjuma and buhari and Ironsi and co. These military constitution must come to an end. Every region must have not just its own police, it must also have its own standing ARMY like the United Kingdom. This country is fake and evil.

Soldiers should be made to know they aren’t above the law. It’s a rather an unfortunate situation that some people think because they are soldiers the are above the law. It’s not proper. This goes to show the level of lawlessness in Nigeria now.

The level of indiscipline in the armed forces currently is worrisome. Over the years, political interference and abuse of soldiers for all sort of political underhand jobs (election rigging, intimidation, extra-judicial killings and all sorts) have completely degraded the psyche of the military. They have become a law unto themselves because of the rubbish they have seem their superiors get involved in and get away with it….when this bubble will burst, hmmm it will really be an interesting time for this space labelled Nigeria.

These soldiers needs to be called to order. You violated the fucking law, and you are still claiming right because you think that you are untouchable? Can you try this in the US or the UK? You can see why Nigeria is the way it is. I pray the top hierarchy of the Nigerian Army sees this video and disciplines this soldier. You open your mouth to rant nonsense just because you are a soldier Abi. No be your fault.

You think the military is not supporting their people? Sanwolu that ordered massacre of lekki toll by paying the army and later denied on air that the army acted on their own order. Coupled with their poor salary while these thieves of politicians loot and feeding fat.
Look at all federal roads built during military rule and look at what democracy has brought in. Look at all the federal roads today. Military leaders compromised by this so called illegitimate government installed by fraudulent INEC cleared by compromised judges. If the junior army who has access to the nations arsenal take over, it will be terrible for the big boys. Look at captain Ibrahim Traoré of Burkina Faso and what he did to all compromised judges, his compromised superiors and all corrupt institution. If there is not revolution, then the junior army will take over the nation. Too much suffering with too much looting going on!
