The accuseds, Olarewaju Opaleye, 22, and Segun Samuel, 20, both locals of No. 3 Giwa St., Fagba, Lagos, were charged with conspiracy, theft and stealing.

They, nevertheless, pleaded innocent to the charges, before an Ikeja Chief Magistrates’ Court where the case showed up.
