Singer-songwriter and chef Giulia Millanta launches her brand-new single, “Fatale,” a track raised from her approaching album, Just Luna Knowsslated for release on April 19, together with her Italian cookbook, Supper with Giulia– Flavors, Songs and Stories of a Florentine Troubadour
Initially from Florence, Italy, and now based in Austin, Texas, Millanta teamed up with Miles Zuniga, Massimiliano Larocca, and Gabriel Rhodes to craft the 10 tunes on Just Luna KnowsThe album exposes a variety of impacts from opera, Paul Simon, and Pink Floyd, along with conventional tunes from the UK, United States, and South America. Millanta’s affinity for dark, sensuous, strange “and even harmful” tones cover the album.
Continuously jet-setting in between Italy and the United States, Millanta discovered music, food, and the magical appeal of the moon to be universal ports, bringing individuals together throughout oceans and borders. It was natural for her to integrate both her cooking and her music in home shows with supper, which she started developing in Austin in 2017.
