KATHMANDU: Nepal will send out unique keepsakes including different kinds of jewellery, utensils, clothing and sugary foods for the
Ram Mandir’s inauguration event
in
Ayodhya
next month, according to a media report on Sunday. A Janakpurdham-Ayodhyadham journey will be performed to provide the mementos, My Republica paper reported.
The journey, set up to begin on January 18, will culminate in Ayodhya on January 20 and the keepsakes will be turned over to the
Shri Ram Janmabhoomi
Ram Mandir Trust on the very same day, stated joint Mahanta of Janaki Temple Ramroshan Das Vaishnav.
The setup event will occur on January 22.
The journey from Janakpurdham will travel through Jaleshwar Nath, Malangwa, Simraungadh, Gadhimai, Birgunj to Betiya, Kushinagar, Siddharthnagar, Gorakhpur and reach Ayodhya in Uttar Pradesh.
Previously, Shaligram stones gathered from the Kaligandaki riverbank in Nepal were sent out to Ayodhya to make the statue of Lord Ram, which will be set up in the temple on the inauguration day, the paper stated.
