The Knicks will be without Jalen Brunson on Thursday night.
The guard was officially diagnosed with an ankle sprain Wednesday and began the day listed as questionable for the game.
Brunson missed the end of the Knicks’ win over the Grizzlies on Tuesday after turning his ankle in the fourth quarter.
A source told The Post’s Stefan Bondy that Brunson “dodged the bullet of a serious injury.”
The team is already without Julius Randle, who suffered a shoulder injury, and OG Anunoby, who is expected to miss at least three more weeks after undergoing elbow surgery.
The Knicks are even more shorthanded after trading Quentin Grimes, Ryan Arcidiacono, Evan Fournier and Malachi Flynn ahead of Thursday’s deadline, with acquisitions Alec Burks and Bojan Bogdanovic not yet available.
