The Federal High Court in Abakaliki on Thursday, February 1, nullified the candidateship of Silas Onu as the PDP prospect for the Ebonyi South senatorial bye-election set up for 3rd of February.

Judgment on the matter, Justice Hyeladziya Ngajiwa verified that the celebration stopped working to carry out the needed three-man ad-hoc and one-man nationwide delegates who were mandated to enact the main election. The Court, for that reason, purchased the instant elimination of Onu’s name from the INEC website.
