ARMANDO BROJA completed his late deadline day transfer to Fulham from Chelsea.

But Said Benrahma’s move from West Ham to Lyon did not go through on time – with the French side fuming at the Hammers.

While Jessie Lingard is on the cusp of a shock move to South Korea.

The former Manchester United and England star has been without a club since leaving Nottingham Forest in the summer.

  • Lyon’s Benrahama appeal latest

    Lyon blasted West Ham for their “incomprehensible behaviour” and “lack of respect” after the collapse of Said Benrahma’s move to France.

    The furious French club had cameras ready to announce Benrahma live on TV last night, but, in a scathing statement, claimed West Ham failed to submit their side of the deal to Fifa’s Transfer Matching System (TMS).

    Lyon are lodging an appeal with Fifa over the issue and say they will “hold West Ham responsible”.

    SunSport understands Lyon had their TMS process completed 90 minutes before the deadline, while many at West Ham were also shocked by the failure.

    Some insiders suspected it was a simple administrative mistake, with one conceding Lyon may have been too hasty in lambasting West Ham.

  • Broja joins Fulham on loan

    Armando Broja has now completed his loan deal to Fuham from Chelsea.

    There was a nervy wait for Fulham fans but the deal is now over the line.

    The 22-year-old striker has sealed his move until the end of the season.

  • Benrahma to Lyon is OFF

    Huge post-window developments here with Said Benrahma NOT making a move to Lyon.

    A West Ham statement read: “West Ham United can confirm that the Deadline Day deal for Said Benrahma to join Olympique Lyonnais was not concluded ahead of the deadline, with a deal unable to be completed before 11pm.”

    Lyon are appealing the decision to Fifa.

  • Fulham continue to work on Broja deal

    The Cottagers had filed a ‘deal sheet’ to the league prior to the 11pm cut off for transfers.

    This now gives Marco Silva’s side until 1am to get the deal over the line.

    Fulham will be hoping they can confirm the loan signing before then.

    The 23-year-old will act as backup to Emi Martinez.

    Tottenham beaten the Catalan giants to the signing of Swedish starlet Lucas Bergvall.

    Assignon said: “It’s been a long day and it’s been a day of hard decisions but I’m very pleased to be here. 

    “I had a number of clubs to choose from but I spoke to the manager and straight away knew that I wanted to be here.

     “I’m ready to go. It’s the best league in the world and I’m really excited to be a part of it.”

  • Lyon continue strong transfer window

    The Ligue 1 side have confirmed that Orel Mangala has joined the club on loan with an option to purchase the player.

    Lyon will pay a €10m loan fee for the former Stuttgart and then will have an option of €20m to purchase the player permanently.

    Mangala could be in line for his debut against Marseille on Sunday.

    Jesse Lingard is looking to sign for South Korean side FC Seoul.

    It is reported by Sky Sports that he is thought to be completing a two-year deal with the option for an additional year.
