Playa Serena Puntacana Resort Announced for 2026

“The Playa Serena hotel will raise the hospitality experience at Puntacana Resort. We are really delighted, as it is a brand-new idea that will drive the Dominican Republic’s tourist market for several years to come,” stated Frank Elías Rainieri, CEO of Grupo Puntacana.
In addition, Grupo Puntacana signed an arrangement with Meliá Hotels International with the Bergantín Trust, and the assistance of Banreservas, for the building of the 3rd hotel within the tourist job being established in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic.
