Fire department investigators say the cause of a Jan. 12 fire at the flour mill on 33rd Street East was accidental and originated with a malfunction in a piece on machinery on the fourth floor.
The blaze spread through the mill process piping to the sixth floor, which sustained considerable damage, the fire department reported in a news release on Tuesday.
