A DualSense V2 controller from Sony simply appeared on Best Buy’s main Canadian branch with item images and specifications. And although the images expose absolutely no modification in the style, the specifications reveal a huge enhancement in battery life.
According to the specifications noted, the DualSense V2 has 12 hours of autonomy, compared to the 5-hour battery life on the present generation DualSense controllers.
The remainder of the function set stays the same – integrated mic, haptic triggers, earphone jack, touchpad, the entire lot. The controller’s cost is noted as CAD 90, which is around $67 – simply as much as the existing controller.
