Commemorate the terrific queer authors these days at Homophonic! commemorating our queer stories by “composing them down, and singing them aloud.” Directed and provided by Miranda Hill and carried out by the Consort of Melbourne and the Homophonic! Chamber Ensemble, it includes brand-new structures by queer artists, consisting of an electro-acoustic piece about the delight of defiant, aging queer ladies composed by Sophie Rose and carried out by Midsumma-Homophonic! Pride Prize-winner soprano Judith Dodsworth, brand-new works admiring senior members of the neighborhood, and the best of Kevin March’s brand-new work established at UKARIA, The Unknown Swimmer.
