Smith passed away at 33 due to cosmetic surgery issues in 2015 after she took a trip to Miami to have a “gluteal enhancement” carried out– otherwise called a “Brazilian Butt Lift” surgical treatment.
Herdeath was ruled as a mishap by the regional coroner.
The couple shared 3 kids– Nova, 7, Nala, 3, and Prince Nehemiah, 16 months.
