Daman: During an enthusiastic address to a big crowd in the union area of Daman, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi highly criticised Praful Patel, the administrator of Dadra and Nagar Haveli (DNH), Daman, and Diu. Gandhi revealed his decision to take quick action once the Congress celebration presumes power at the Centre.
