Alec Baldwin taunted by protester in tense coffee shop confrontation

Alec Baldwin smacked away the phone of a protester after she pestered him in a New York coffeehouse on Monday.

The 30 Rock star was approached by the pro-Palestine protester at the counter of the coffeehouse and consistently asked to state, “Free Palestine.” When he disregarded her calls, the lady then began teasing Baldwin about the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of his motion picture Rust.

“Alec, can you please state, ‘Free Palestine’ one time?” she can be heard stating in the video, which was published on social networks. “Why did you eliminate that girl? You eliminated that girl and got no prison time? No prison time, Alec? No prison time, Alec? You put innocent individuals in prison Alec Baldwin.”

The 66-year-old is dealing with charges of uncontrolled murder after his prop gun released on the set, eliminating Hutchins in October 2021. He has actually pleaded innocent and his trial is set up to start in July.

The Beetlejuice star shook his head and waved for her to leave the store. As she continued, Baldwin knocked the phone out of the female’s hand and the recording stopped.

Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, the armourer on the set of Rust, was condemned of uncontrolled murder in March and sentenced to 18 months in jail recently.
