Following problems from transit riders, the Ford federal government reversed a modification to the Union Pearson (UP) Express train schedule.
The turnaround came remarkably quickly, with the federal government initially detailing the prepared UP Express modification in a release about a bigger GO Train service growthThe following day, transport minister Prabmeet Sarkaria revealed the federal government was backtracking the modification on the site much better referred to as Twitter.

The schedule modification would have seen every 2nd UP Express train end up being a non-stop in between Union Station and Pearson Airport, avoiding 2 drop in between.
