The Police Command in Lagos State states 2 bros drowned on Christmas Day at Ibeshe Beach.
The Command’s representative, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, informed NAN on Thursday in Lagos that somebody reported the occurrence to the cops.
According to him, the occurrence happened at about 6.00 pm while the bros were swimming with their buddies at the beach.
Hundeyin stated the siblings, with the surname Adegboyega, were aged 26 and 23, and the household was resident in Festac Town.
The image maker stated all efforts by the buddies of the siblings and regional scuba divers to save them showed abortive, after which the event was reported to the authorities.
Hundeyin stated investigators went to the scene where the departed drowned.
He stated that regional scuba divers were utilized to find the bodies and the household of the deceased was notified of the occurrence.
