Civil servant wins first round of legal battle against gov’t to retain her job

In the applicantion, Ms Graham competes that the choice to separate her from her task after more than 20 years in the service, is based upon incorrect claims made versus her by supposed confidential individuals.

She specifies in her affidavit that she was not paid for the chance to face them.

She describes confidential letters implicating her of disliking portfolio Minister Daryl Vaz and attempting to “reduce” the irreversible secretary.
