Crispy Air Fried Gnocchi with Basil Aioli

Active ingredients
- 2 x 500g Grand Italian Potato Gnocchi
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt flakes
- 11⁄3 cups entire egg mayo
- 11⁄3 cups basil leaves, fi nely sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- Additional salt flakes, for serving
- Basil, for garnish
Technique
- Pre-heat the air fryer to 200 ° C.
