Tony Wilson is now accountable for Balfour Beatty’s work for power business consumers, that include Scottish & & Southern Electricity Networks and National Grid.
An electrical engineer by trade, he has more than 40 years’ experience within the engineering and building and construction market, covering the energies, transportation, facilities and power markets
He signed up with Balfour Beatty in 2021 as energies director for Balfour Beatty Vinci’s HS2 location north task, leading the shipment of all energy works. In 2015 he transferred to Balfour Beatty’s Power T&D service as primary operations director.
Before signing up with Balfour Beatty has actually worked for Skanska and for J Murphy & & Sons, where he was handling director of its energies department.
