After federal representatives jailed Cesar Pina for apparently running a Ponzi plan camouflaged as a house-flipping organization, DJ Envy got a subpoena associated to the case.

Cesar Pina was jailed in October 2023 for wire scams in connection to his property endeavors. DJ Envy declares that he was a victim of Pina’s real-state rip-off, which defrauded financiers of countless dollars. His previous partner has actually taken to social media to refute those claims, stating the defense is fake.
“DJ Envy’s lawyer defense that DJ Envy is a victim– that’s the dumbest shit I ever heard in my life,” Pina stated throughout an Instagram Live stream. “Me and him were partners in the realty workshops, we were partners in a number of realty deals. That’s it. He’s not a victim. He was my partner, he was a financier.”
DJ Envy declares he lost $500,000 in the realty plan after employing Cesar and his other half to refurbish and rearrange a previous school into an apartment.
