The Capital Market Authority (CMAauthorized today, Feb. 8, the exemption of capital market organizations from the requirements of Article 42 and Article 43 of the Capital Market Institutions Regulations in the following cases:

1. When carrying out securities company activities with a customer or for his account (supreme recipient) who patronizes of a capital market organization certified to carry out management activities and takes financial investment choices on behalf of its customer.

2. When carrying out securities service activities with monetary innovation business allowed by CMA to experiment Robo-Advisory service, and when performing securities service activities with a customer or for his account (supreme recipient) who patronizes of a monetary innovation business allowed by CMA to experiment Robo-Advisory service.
